the trick with video is to leave it a long time. it has to be "processed" so follow the instructions at the bottom and once it's done loading and it's being processed you can then save it and come back later on to post it when it's done being processed as well, or just wait 5-10 minutes and post it then.
or even easier is to upload it to youtube and then embed it, the embed code is right next to it and you literally just copy and paste it into the text of your post. you won't see it unless you click the edit html tab above though.
